About our family: We are a family of four with a daughter (3) and son (1) and 1 medium-sized dog.
What we are looking for: We are searching for a caregiver on a part-time and/or casual basis. Light housekeeping and meal prep may also be required.
Where we are: we are located in River Heights close to a bus route and not far from Lawson Heights Mall.
Services And Training: The ideal candidate will:
– be enrolled or have completed ECE certification/degree.
– be enrolled or have completed Montessori teacher training.
– Have or be willing to obtain CPR-C and first aid training.
– Have completed or be willing to obtain a clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector search.
– familiar with and willing to support us in our parenting style: (logical consequences, division of responsibility (for feeding), gentle/attachment parenting)
– fluency in an additional language and a willingness to instruct/interact with the children in that language (Preference of French or Spanish) is an amazing asset!
– be fully (2 doses) vaccinated against COVID-19.
– have a sense of humour and a love for learning and children
– able to get to and from our home independently
