Hi there my name is Stephanie.
We are a busy family of four with two children aged six and eight.
We are looking for a live out caregiver who is patient, kind, reliable and resourceful.
We are looking for someone to help raise our children and assist with running the house, as follows:
– Picking-up children from school (in Ottawa)
– Taking the children to activities (ie swim classes, gymnastics, music lessons, library, etc)
– Preparing family meals (please note that we get a weekly box that contains the recipes and ingredients for the meals)
– Prepare the kids’ lunches for the following day at school
– Read stories and assist the children with homework, as required
– Do laundry, including folding, ironing and putting away the clothes
– Shopping and running errands (ie picking-up of grocery order placed online)
– Light housekeeping – keeping house tidy and organized (ie. cleaning up in the kitchen after meal prep, sweeping or vacuuming, etc).
A drivers license is required. Use of the family car can be provided or, if you use your car, reimbursement will be provided for mileage.
Ability to swim is required as we have a pool.
The hours would be full time in a August from 8:30/9 am to 4:30/5 pm. When the kids go back to school, the hours would be part time from noon/1pm to approx 6:30 pm on Monday to Friday.
