Welcome to our family!
We are looking for an experienced child care provider/nanny who can assist us with our soon-to-be 4 children (currently expecting twins!), which includes picking up our toddler (2.5) at daycare in downtown Pointe Claire (walking distance), encouraging creative and outdoor play, helping with light housework (tidying up after kids meal/bath/activities, sorting/folding kids’ laundry), helping our 10year old son with homework, and provide an extra pair of arms to help care for our soon-to-be born twins 😉
We do require that our nanny be a non smoker, fully proficient in English or French, and have completed first aid training. Someone who is an experienced driver would be a plus. Professional experience with multiple children is preferred.
Our family is a multicultural family (European and African origins) who settled in Canada a few years ago. While we require that our nanny speaks some English or French, we are happy to welcome a nanny who has the desire or ability to teach/speak in another language to our children, as we believe this greatly contributes to the enrichment of our children’s education.
