Nice to meet you! My name is Phoebe. I’m looking to babysit part time/occasionally in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am well trained and have a lot of experience working with and taking care of children of all ages. I have been babysitting/nannying for around 9 years. I am currently enrolled at Dalhousie and am hoping to babysit occasionally while I complete my degree.
As a nanny, I have worked with newborn babies, 10-year-olds, and all ages in between. I have experience with almost all duties that being a nanny entails. I have also worked as a swimming teacher for children aged 2-8. I pride myself in my ability to work so well with children. Children are the leaders of tomorrow and I believe in being a good role model and in the importance of encouraging their enquiring minds. I am also aware of how important the developmental years are when it comes to who the child becomes. With this in mind, I will strive to help your little ones learn about and explore the world around them in a fun and exciting way.
