We are looking for a warm, energetic, loving nanny to look after our 4 children. Our oldest 3 will all be in school (grades 5, 3 and 1) so most of the time, it will just be our 15 month old little girl, plus before and after school care for the older kids.
We need full time assistance for 4-5 days a week, on weekdays, starting at the end of August or early September. Hours would be a bit flexible but would likely be around 7am-4:30pm.
A little about the kids: our 4 kids are all pretty high energy. Our backyard is set up for a lot of playing and the kids all enjoy trips to the park, love to go sledding, go on bike rides, etc. They also enjoy crafts, our middle 2 really like baking and they are all learning new skills. We do work to limit screen time as they aren’t especially good at self-limiting yet. The oldest 2 both take piano lessons and practice daily — some basic knowledge in piano would be an asset, but not required. Our littlest lady is already busy copying her older siblings and enjoys learning with new toys, books and games.
We are searching for someone who truly loves kids and is able to assist with running the household. The oldest three will need help getting ready for school and to the bus stop each morning (it’s a very short walk). During the day when it’s just our youngest at home, we will need some help with the kids’ laundry, household cleaning and occasional meal prep for evening suppers. We don’t have any fur babies and aren’t very talented gardeners so there’s not much needed on that front!
