Looking for a lovely full-time nanny!
My eldest will be in kindergarten and I will do the drop/off-pick up. But looking for someone to hang out with our wonderful 2 year old daughter, Violet.
Little V is very sweet and gentle and wonderfully silly when appropriate! We had wonderful care this past year and really feel the nanny bond is critically important and so special. Our previous nannies have always felt like family.
START DATE: September 2021
LOCATION: Kitsilano (6th and Trutch)
ABOUT US: We are two working professionals. My schedule follows the school schedule so we only need care during the hours of 8:30-3:30pm M-F
JOB entails:
– Full-day care for our darling 2 year old (2.5 in the fall). Taking her to activities, reading to her at home, playing with her and enjoying her company. Coming prepared for the day with new ideas and activities to do. Baking in kitchen with her.
– on days off from school or if sick my eldest daughter Ivy would also be home.
– Assist with snack and meal prep for the kids
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is kind, gentle and patient and with some previous experience with childcare, preferably ECE background. Take Violet to activities. Actively engage with her at home. Coming prepared for the day with a plan! Compensation to be negotiated depending on experience and other factors.
